Owner and Pitmaster, Brendan Lamb grew up mostly in Keller, TX. He is an award winning pit master that learned that trade in the “Mecca of Barbecue”, Austin, TX. Brendan also travels around the country doing barbecue expos and teachings. He works to keep recipes interesting and has curated craft barbecue that is unmatched in Texas.
